Beef Barbecue Casserole
1 pound hamburger
1 cup grated cheese
16-ounce can pork and beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
8-ounce can refrigerated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown
hamburger; drain fat. Add pork and beans, barbecue suace, onions, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour into lightly greased
casserole dish. Cut
biscuits in halves, place cut side down, forming circle around edge of casserole. Top with grated cheese.
Bake 20 minutes
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
packages ramen noodles
2 cups oriental frozen vegetables
Brown the ground beef until no
longer pink; drain
off fat. Stir in seasoning packet from ramen
noodles. Add 2 cups water and stir. Bring
boil. Break noodles into pieces. Stir in broken
noodles and vegetables. Simmer until heated
through and noodles are cooked.
7 Layer Casserole
Place the following ingredients
in the order
given in a 9x13" pan .
1 cup uncooked rice
canned whole kernel corn
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the top 1-8 oz can
tomato sauce and 1/2
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 lb. ground beef
Pour over the top 1-8 oz can
sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Cover meat with 4 strips of bacon cut in half.
Bake covered for 1 hour at 350
bake 30 minutes longer until
the bacon is crisp.
Beef & Macaroni
2 lbs. ground round
green bell pepper
4 small cans or 2 lrg can shoepeg corn
2 large cans Hunts whole tomatoes, chopped up
1 can Campbells
dash of cumin
salt & pepper
onion powder and garlic powder
1 small box elbow macaroni
Brown the ground round with the
chopped onions and chopped bell pepper,
when meat is browned and cooked, add seasonings as desired, add canned
chopped, and then add corn, soup, and macaroni. When macaroni
is done, eat and enjoy. Very easy but so delicious and hearty!
1/2 c ricotta cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
8 lasagna noodles
14 oz jar pasta sauce
Cook the lasagna according to
the package directions, drain,
and rinse in cold water to cool. Stir together the ricotta, mozzarella,
cheeses, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and egg.
Spread about 2 T of this mixture on each noodle, then roll up the

1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 package (25oz) frozen cheese raviolli cooked and drained
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Spread half the sauce in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Layer half the raviolli, 1 1/4 cups of sauce, 1 cup cottage
and 2 cups mozzarella. Repeat layers. Sprinkle

Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
1 pound ground beef made into meatballs, any recipe you prefer
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup onion, chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Make meatballs and cook or bake. In large saucepan, cook onion in butter or
until onions are tender, but not brown. Stir in flour. Add
garlic powder, pepper, ketchup, bouillon and water.
Cook and stir until
mixture bubbles. Add meatballs and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir
while meatballs are heating. Mix in sour cream. Heat, but do
not boil. Serve over cooked noodles.
l tbsp. veg oil
l lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
l can golden cream
of mush. soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce (I use light soy)
l tsp. garlic powder
l bag (l6 oz) frozen veg. combination, thawed
c. hot white rice
In a large skillet or wok put l tbsp. veg oil and add chicken and
stir fry until chicken is cooked
through. Add soup, soy sauce, and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add thawed veg. and cook over med. heat until veg. are
tender crisp, stirring often.
Serve Over Rice
1-2 pounds ground beef, browned with minced garlic
4 cups cooked rice
1 c. Velveeta cheese
family size can cream of chicken soup
1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine meat, rice, Velveeta, and soup while
hot and stir
until cheese is melted. Spread into baking pan and top with
shredded cheddar cheese. Heat in a 350 oven
for 20 minutes.
